How long does it take to set up?

Do you work with my Pharmacy Management System?
We currently support a number of Pharmacy Management Systems and, in the case where we don’t have an existing connector, our team of developers will build one at no cost to you. We can even make it work if you have multiple Pharmacy Management Systems running in multiple stores.

TelePharm stores all data and preforms all transactions on secure, HIPAA-compliant servers. We have multiple redundant servers in locations across the United States, ensuring that your data never gets lost. We also use 256-bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard for protecting your patient health information.

All of your data and connections operate inside of a secure HIPAA-compliant environment. Who owns my data?

How long do you store data for?
Typically 7 years (HIPAA’s regulation), but we store it for a minimum of 10 years.

How do I set up a new patient tablet?
The patient tablet is easy to set up, simply launch the TelePharm application on the tablet and you will be prompted to enter a device code. This device code is available through the technician application at the store where the tablet will be registered. Simply enter the device code and your tablet is set up and ready to use.
Can I use my own hardware?
Yes. We test out all of the latest hardware to determine what will be the best platform for you to use and make these recommendations during your setup. It will be important for you to work with TelePharm to ensure that all your hardware will be compatible.
